Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of DayNight Media’s services and website. Please read them carefully before engaging our services.

1. Scope of Services

We provide photography and video production services as described in your individual proposal or agreement.

2. Booking & Payment

A non-refundable deposit is due upon booking. Final payment is due before delivery of final materials, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Cancellation & Changes

• Cancellations more than 30 days in advance receive a 50% deposit credit
• Cancellations within 30 days forfeit the deposit
• Service changes are subject to availability and may incur additional fees

4. Intellectual Property

All delivered images and videos remain our property until full payment is received. Upon payment, you receive a non-exclusive license for personal use.

5. Limitation of Liability

DayNight Media’s liability for any claim is limited to the total amount paid for the services. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Croatia and applicable EU regulations.
